Design Community
Designers do their best work together.
The Magi Wand brings designers together to learn, critique, build and be recognised — from first portfolio to design leadership.
Good design is rarely made alone. It grows through honest feedback, shared craft and people who care about the same problems.
What it is
A community built around the craft.
The Magi Wand is for people who design, study design, lead design teams, or build at the edge of design and technology. Members take part in events and projects, contribute their skills, and keep a record of what they have done.

Contribution & recognition
Your contribution, on the record.
Every talk you give, critique you offer and project you contribute to is tracked against your profile. Community roles are requested and reviewed by people, not assigned by default.
When there is real activity to report, the Impact page shows it — counted from actual records, never estimated for effect.
